Cramlington · Northumberland
Yours for the day,
or forever.
Did you know you can hire your wedding flowers? Bouquets and buttonholes, yours to hire or to keep. Arches, aisle flowers, centrepieces and top table styling, delivered wherever you need them. Flowers that look as beautiful in the last photograph of the night as they do in the first.
Made to be looked at closely.
Every stem holds its colour and its shape from the ceremony through to the last dance.
Gallery
On the table, and up close
Two things worth seeing. What a room looks like once it is dressed, and what the flowers look like from a foot away, which is where your guests will see them.

Colour
Ivory and sage is the classic, and it is where most of this page sits. I keep a good deal more than that: fuchsia and green, lilac and plum, burgundy and wine, autumn rust, and colour that is anything but quiet. Nothing here is fixed. Tell me the shades you have chosen and I'll tell you what I can match.

The Collection
What I can dress
The venue pieces are hired, delivered and collected. Having me set them up on the day is a separate line, and it is yours to choose. Bouquets and buttonholes work either way, hired for the day or made to keep.

Prices
What it costs
Most couples mix and match. Pick the pieces you want, as many or as few, and I'll price it as it stands. Every price here is delivered to your venue, ready to put out yourselves.
Lining the aisle, on the floor or lifted on stands.
To lift an arrangement or a centrepiece. Tall stands £25.
Ceremony, reception and personal flowers together, in one booking.
Setting up on the day. If you'd like me to set everything out and come back for it afterwards, that's £180 for an aisle and £200 for the tables.
Leave out anything you don't need and add whatever you do. Send me your list and I'll price it piece by piece. Minimum spend £250 on venue styling. Personal flowers have no minimum.
How it works
Four steps, and the last one is mine
This is the part people expect to be complicated. It isn't.
One
Ask
Send me your date and a rough idea of what you're picturing. I'll tell you whether I'm free and what it would cost. No obligation either way.
Two
Choose
Pick the pieces you want, as many or as few. You can swap pieces in and out up to eight weeks before, at no cost.
Three
Hold the date
25% secures it and comes off your balance. The rest is due eight weeks before the wedding, and then flowers are off your list.
Four
The day itself
I bring everything to your venue. Set it out yourselves, or have me set it all up and come back for it the next day. Nothing to post back either way.
Bouquets & buttonholes
Hire them, or keep them
Personal flowers work either way. Hire them for the day, or have them made to order and keep them. A bouquet that still looks like this on your first anniversary, and on your tenth.
Preview pack
See one before you decide
Photographs only go so far, and you are being asked to take my word for it. So don't. Tell me the colours you're working to and I'll post you two stems from the collection. Keep them on the kitchen table for a few days, look at them in daylight, and decide in your own time.
£5 including postage, and it comes off your booking.
About
Why Rose
My Grannie Alice grew roses. I grow roses. I've still got her rose in the garden, thirty years old and more, and every summer it comes back, the same bright, unapologetic red.
That's where the name comes from, and the red you'll find running through all of this is hers, sampled from a photograph of her rose rather than picked off a chart. The flowers were matched to Alice, not the other way round.
I started this because I kept seeing couples asked to compromise. The flowers they had pictured, or the flowers they could actually have. There is no good reason those should be two different things.
Every piece is artificial, which is what makes hiring possible and what lets you keep it.
Everything is made in my workshop in Cramlington, and I do the delivery and the collection myself, and the setting up too when you'd like me to. You'll deal with me from the first message to the last box out of the venue.

Enquire
Tell me about your day
The more you tell me, the more useful my reply will be. Colours, venue, how many tables, what you've already sorted. All of it helps. And if your date is weeks away rather than months, say so and ask anyway.
If you only want to know whether I'm free, your name and your date will do. The rest can wait until you know it yourself.
Rather send a message than fill in a form? I'm on Messenger too.
Message me on FacebookThank you, that's landed with me
I'll have a proper look at your date and come back to you within a day, usually the same one.
If you think of anything else in the meantime, hello@carolinerose.co.uk comes straight to me.
